Tell the Bees by Hackney & Co for Windham Fabrics

Tell the Bees is the debut collection of Hackney & Co. for Windham Fabrics! Inspired by her love for bees, Katy brings us a collection as sweet as honey. Tiny bees, climbing florals and honey hives are just a few of the different imagery found within the collection.

My inspiration for this collection comes from my love of bees and their conservation. Theres an old folklore called Tell the Bees. It was once considered custom to notify the bees of any changes to daily life, including births, deaths & marriages. The bees were the beating heart of nature itself and if forgotten they might leave their hive or stop producing honey.
